How does Aora Solar make money?+
We run display ads and (eventually) sell optional enhanced listings to installers. We do not sell or resell consumer leads.
Where do listings come from?+
Initial listings are sourced from OpenStreetMap contributor data under the ODbL license. Installers can claim and enrich their listings for free.
How do I get my solar business listed?+
If we already have you, claim the listing on the listing page. If not, contact listings@aora-solar.com with your business name, address, and website.
Are these installers vetted?+
Listings are sourced from public records and not individually vetted in v1. We recommend confirming NABCEP certification, state licensing, and project references before contracting.
Do you offer instant quotes?+
Not in v1. Solar pricing is too dependent on roof condition, panel count, shading, and utility tariff to give meaningful instant quotes. We help you build a shortlist; the quote comes from the installer.
